Refund Policy

At CyberDiagram, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our paid subscription plans.

Summary: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, no prorated refunds are provided, but your access continues until the end of the billing period.

1. Subscription Plans

CyberDiagram offers the following subscription plans:

  • Basic (Free): No payment required. No refund applicable.
  • Enterprise ($499/month): Monthly recurring subscription.
  • Flagship ($999/month): Monthly recurring subscription.

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US Dollars (USD).

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies only once per customer and only to the first billing cycle.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  1. Email us at flashoop@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Using the cancellation option in your account settings
  • Emailing us at flashoop@gmail.com

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to the Service during this remaining period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible for Refund

  • First-time subscribers within the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period
  • Service outages exceeding 48 continuous hours during a billing period (prorated credit)
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by billing system errors
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request

4.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 14 days of the initial subscription (for first-time guarantee)
  • Partial month usage after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with scan results or vulnerability findings (the Service provides assessments, not guaranteed outcomes)

5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrading

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. The new plan rate applies from the next billing cycle.

5.2 Downgrading

When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference during the current period.

6. Service Credits

In cases where the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 continuous hours), we may issue service credits at our discretion. Service credits:

  • Are applied to future billing cycles
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Expire if not used within 12 months
  • Are calculated based on the prorated daily cost of your subscription

7. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated

8. Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or your refund request was denied in error, please contact us at flashoop@gmail.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, as we are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
